Join us on a journey towards sustainable sailing — After a full career in People and Culture I have spread my wings from corporate life to complete a Masters in Sustainable Business Management. I’m now combining my love of sailing, passion for sustainability and joy of learning through QuayThymes.
So, let’s slip those lines from the Quayside to enjoy Key Times (QuayThymes) both at sea and along our coasts. Lets have some fun sailing, learn together and do our best to protect our beautiful sailing environment. ‘Quay’ to represent our links between land and sea and ‘Thymes’ to represent our link with the beautiful natural world of plants and our coastline.
This journey includes my husband and I buying our first yacht ‘Ithaca’, a Beneteau 32’. We look forward to sharing our experiences of ‘Sailing Ithaca’ and providing top tips on sailing around Cornwall and how to sail sustainably.
We will be sharing our sailing experiences, including video, blogs and details of yacht hire and sailing courses . Lets have some fun together, learn from each other, leaving only footprints!
